Following are some basic troubleshooting methods you can follow if you are having
any issues with the chromebook that was checked out to you.
Chromebook Login Credentials
You must use your CCSD (@nv.ccsd.net) google account to login to your chromebook. Using a personal google account will not work.
If you are having issues logging into your chromebook, do not know your username/password or your account has been disabled please email:
Updating Chrome OS
Please update your chromebook OS if you are experiencing any slowness, browser not supported, or access denied issues.
Wi-Fi | Network Issues
If you are experiencing any networking issues please click on the link for basic troubleshooting steps:
If you are still having networking issues after following the trouble shooting steps please contact your internet service provider.
If you continue to have wi-fi issues you may request for a replacement device. (We will not issue any replacements until the end of spring break (4/13/2020). More information of our replacement process and date will be posted/sent out)
Hardware & Software Issues
If you are experiencing any hardware or software issues please click on the following link first.
Please make sure to not "over charge" your device. Overcharging the chromebook may cause battery issues. Once the device is completely charge please unplug it from the AC adapter.
If you run into any catastrophic hardware or software issues, you may request for a replacement device.
